This is a Vinyasa yoga class suitable for all levels, with the occasional Ashtanga class (approx once every 6 weeks). Spare mats are available to borrow.

We strongly recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to commencing treatment (especially if your insurance provider is not mentioned above) to ensure your costs will be covered. Please also check the excess on your policy. We will require your membership/policy number AND authorisation number.
